Antoine has been with KARISTA since its early years and has led investments across the HealthTech and Digital sectors. He brings over 20 years of venture capital experience and has served on the boards of more than a dozen European growth companies.
Isabelle joined KARISTA to lead the firm's DeepTech strategy, with a particular focus on the Karista Tech I SpaceTech fund. She previously worked as an aerospace engineer and held senior roles at a European institutional investor before transitioning to venture capital.
Marcus leads KARISTA's investment activities under Karista V, the firm's dedicated HealthTech fund. With a background in clinical medicine and health system management, he brings a rare combination of scientific rigor and business acumen to every investment decision.
Clara focuses on digital portfolio companies and plays a central role in KARISTA's operational support model. She works closely with founding teams on go-to-market strategy, organizational design, and senior recruitment, drawing on her prior experience in management consulting and SaaS.
Raphaël is responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities and maintaining KARISTA's relationships with the broader European startup and research ecosystem. He also coordinates the firm's participation in key industry events and academic partnership programs.
